Had a wonderful Christmas in this hotel. the staff was amazing, always helpful and making us feel at home. Loved the fact that we could rent a motorcycle from them, which made getting around the area very easy. the location was perfect, close to many tourist attractions and the room was spacious and cozy.
The road that accesses the hotel. It was very steep and not in the best condition, but I must say it was worth it for the location and the view.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my time here. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide me with useful recommendations for transportation and exploring the city. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, very central and close to all the main sights and attractions. The facilities were clean and modern, with everything I needed for my stay. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and provided a great start to the day.
Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel had a great location, very close to the main attractions and shops. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for spending Christmas. The staff was friendly and helpful, they recommended great local restaurants and offered affordable motorbike rentals.
The breakfast was not very good, it could be improved. , the staff's English was limited, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

Great location with easy access to Sapa Square, Church, and Sun Plaza. Staffs are very helpful and attentive. Rooms are lovely, clean, and new. Bed is comfortable with hot water. Breakfast includes delicious noodle soup and fried noodle, and shoes cleaning service is provided.
Limited desk hours may be inconvenient for some guests.

We were delighted with our stay at Sapa Wings. The location was excellent, offering easy access to the Church and the Sapa Square. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, providing us with a well-priced motorcycle rental. The breakfast was delicious, especially the noodle soup and fried noodles. The bed was comfortable and the city view from our room was fantastic. Despite a minor issue with the shower head, our overall experience was great. We highly recommend this hotel.
